Wonderful Documentary: Made for Play

Recently I read the Spielbox magazine 2012.03 and found an interesting interview about a game production factory sharing information about game production process. Coincidently, I came across a video documentary from BGG News featuring the same factory. The 40-minutes footage titled "Made for Play: Board Games & Modern Industry" showing details steps of the whole process. Anyone who are interested in the gaming industry should take a look at it.
